Planning a birthday, whānau gathering, school trip, club visit, community day or workplace outing? Kaipātiki Hot Springs has hire options that can help make your visit easier.

Available options include marquee hire, BBQ hire and open picnic spaces, subject to availability, weather, capacity and venue requirements. Booking ahead is recommended, particularly during weekends, school holidays, public holidays and summer.

Marquees are a practical option for groups wanting a clear meeting point, shade and a base for the day. BBQ hire can support birthdays, team visits and family gatherings. Open picnic spaces are also available across the venue on a first-in basis, subject to space and safety requirements.

Marquee Hire

• Small marquee 6m x 6m with 3 picnic tables – $100.
• Medium marquee 8m x 4m with 6 picnic tables – $150.
• Large marquee 12m x 6m with 8 picnic tables – $300.
• Marquee hire is subject to availability and weather/operational requirements.

BBQ Hire & Picnic Rules

• BBQ hire – $25 per hour.
• The venue provides the BBQ and gas and will clean the BBQ after use.
• Customers should bring their own cooking oil and cooking utensils.
• Picnic food is welcome. Glass and alcohol are not permitted.
• Children must be supervised and walkways must remain clear.
